Mackay Engineering & Surveying
Company employs two full-time field crews. Our field crews use
Total Stations and Data Collectors to collect field information.
Once the field information is collected, our office staff then
uses AutoCAD® and SurvCADD® to produce final survey drawings.
ALTA/ACSM
Land Title Surveys
ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys are complete surveys of parcels of
land based upon the standards set forth by American Land Title
Association, American Congress on Surveying & Mapping, and
the National Society for Professional Surveyors. ALTA/ACSM Surveys
include boundary determination, location of all buildings, parking,
curbs, etc. located on the parcel, location of utilities (by above
ground observation and record information), and determination
of any encroachments. There are many optional items that can also

Residential
Property Surveys
Mackay Engineering & Surveying Company provides boundary surveys
to owners of residential properties. These surveys are unique
to individual parcels, but always include marking (with iron pins)

Mortgage
Location Surveys
Mackay Engineering and Surveying Company provides Mortgage
Location Surveys for many title companies and banks in
Northeastern Ohio. Mortgage Location Surveys must be ordered
through a bank or title company. For more information

Topographic
Surveys
Topographic Surveys can be completed in several ways.
A field crew can be utilized to complete Topographic Surveys,
or we can arrange for an aerial topography firm to provide
a Topographic Survey for your parcel. For more information

New Home Layouts
& Topographic Surveys
Mackay Engineering and Surveying Company will use architectural
drawings provided to us to layout a new home on it's
property. We will determine the existing topography
of the property in the area of the new home. Mackay
Engineering and Surveying Company will then provide
you a copy of this layout and topographic survey for
submittal to the proper reviewing agencies. For more
